1) Shut up!- give a moment of silence.Do you realize when you talk to much it could be a hazard for yourself?how?I will tell how. You tend to say things that you dont even meant especially if your too emotional.When you are ask to give an opinion about somebody that for example your officemate hates a co- worker you dont have to say something negative to make that person feel good.Sometimes you need to slow down nobody likes a can that when it moves gives an irritating sound.
2) Appreciate! even just small things like eating an ice cream playing with your dog,baking cookie or reading books. Sometimes its sad that there are people who would only appreciate what they have when they are ill or dying.(when you in the grave already theres not much to appreciate there.You wouldn't even like the worms eating your flesh six feet under)
3) Experience- If you've been thinking to do something for quite sometime now do it(well unless you feel like you wanna kill you neighbor who doesn't know what quiet means please think twice) I learned that people think that money could make us happy when in fact its experience is what could make us happy something priceless a memory that you can relive over and over again telling your kids or grandkids about it.With money you could buy a car or ipad or jewelry but the satisfaction doesn't last long I know somehow you could relate to this feeling because I do.) You want something soooo bad but when you got it you will be happy but before you know it.You wouldn't even notice its missing because you already satisfy the urge of owning.
4) Contentment! When you know how to be contented most likely your happy.Why?I will tell you why. Because the Want is endless.Sometimes we tend to believe that our Want is Our Need. As long as you have food, clothing and shelter your fine. Those stuff that you desire is just an added bonus to your life. If your not contented with what you have your prone to envy and when envy is strong you might do not so nice things to get what you want.Its applicable in almost anything even in a lover.
Happiness is a state of mind no matter what kind of situation your in.Some people have lots but not happy some people barely have any but still happy.So its your choice.
